Our culinary vision is simple: deliver exceptional food with uncompromising quality. We use only the finest USDA steaks, dry-aged for outstanding flavor and tenderness, then cut and trimmed on-site by our skilled in-house butcher. Your steak is then marinated and cooked to your specification on a char grill that generates temperatures that exceed 1000 degrees F to sear in the natural juices.
